Tender Hands is an upcoming education and community focused risograph press, located in Manchester, UK. TH specialises in creative community engagement workshops and publishing + distributing DIY arts by marginalised creatives.*
Our aim is:
to make printing creative content more accessible and affordable.
to encourage participation + collaboration.
to help build and strengthen marginalised communities.
to also help diversify the DIY scene, creative communities and spaces.
TH also runs MAKESTUFF club, a series of skill-sharing workshops lead by local, emerging creatives, open to people of all abilities and ages, especially those who seek comfort through making.
TH is non-profit and any funds made are used to purchase materials, cover printing costs, table hires at self-publishing events & workshops.
